What do you like about working at an agency?
I enjoy the fast-paced environment of an agency because I thrive in a bit of controlled chaos. Working in an agency allows me to work with different clients using different tactics, making each day exciting and different depending on the required campaigns or general client needs.
If you had to switch AW teams for one week, which department would you work in?
If I had to switch teams for a week, I would like to work in the HR department or on the culture committee. I enjoy working with people and organizing events. I find teambuilding events, projects, and other fun ideas and suggestions for the office fulfilling.
What’s your go-to Happy Hour order?
My go-to Happy Hour drink is a Moscow Mule!
What inspires you?
My grandfather is my inspiration. He immigrated from Italy to America at a very young age to provide for and start his own family. He accomplished both goals and created a beautiful life for himself and his loved ones. To me, it is the American Dream, and I find it so inspirational that he was able to do it all on his own and succeed.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
The best advice I’ve ever received is from my grandmother. She was famous for saying, “Don’t throw rocks at a glass house!” This means we shouldn’t judge or criticize others for their faults, especially if we share some of those faults. Nobody is perfect!
